Palazzo Leti: A Luxury Historic Residence in Spoleto

Set on a quiet street in the heart of Spoleto’s historic centre, Palazzo Leti dates back to the 13th-century when it was home to the aristocratic Leti family for more than 300 years. Although first recorded mention of a building on the site dates back to the 1200's, it was not until the late 15th-century that the wealthy Leti family came to Spoleto and transformed the building into their personal palace, with the elegant neoclassical facades and formal gardens being a later 18th-century addition. Recent restoration work involving both the Palazzo and the Italian garden has returned the property to its original splendour and resulted in Palazzo Leti's transformation as a luxurious historic residence with twelve beautifully appointed rooms, each with its own unique architecture, colour and decor reminiscent of a noble room of the past, many with sweeping views over the rooftops to the historic church of San Pietro and the verdant Monteluco valley. Elegant, intimate and refined, full of period furniture, paintings and antiques, Palazzo Leti's prime location with beautiful gardens and quiet neoclassical terrace, makes it a lovely location to enjoy Spoleto and the surrounding countryside.
